• All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
• Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, or damaged. Returned items must be unuséd, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
• Returns deemed eligible for refund will be processed as soon as possible (can take up to 7 business days), with the funds being issued as a store credit or back to the payment method uséd for purchase. Email confirmation will be sent to the email address uséd to place the order.
**We take special care and expense in our packaging and materials; therefore customers who choose to be refunded back to method of payment will be charged a $15 re-stocking fee. Returns issued as a store credit will be refunded in full.
• Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return or by contacting our Customer Support. We will also issue a full refund including shipping charges if refund is issued as a store credit.
